Cross Country & Yoga Weekend

Sibling power on the xc-ski trail and the yoga mat. A weekend that is all about sport, relaxation and attention. Treat yourself to a cross-country skiing & yoga weekend with Barbara Flury-Mettler (Flurysports.ch)and Christine Rüegg-Mettler (christineruegg.ch) from 12 to 14 December 2025.

Barbara, our in-house cross-country instructor and former cross-country professional, as well as Christine, will teach you cross-country skiing as an experience and give technical tips. Lessons will be given in both techniques. For the arrival on Friday evening, before breakfast and after the cross-country units Christine and Barbara will guide you through different yoga and breathing sequences. With their well-founded training as Craniosacral & Yoga Therapist (Christine) and Coach IBP & Yin Yoga (Barbara) they will accompany you in an equally professional and cordial way.

The program leaves enough space for your own activities, a massage or beauty treatment at Waldhuus Wellness. Take time for a weekend all to yourself. No matter if beginner or advanced; all are welcome.

Can't make it on this date? Due to high demand, additional cross-country skiing & yoga weekends will take place from December 14-16, 2025, and January 23-25, 2026!

The offer is based on a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, the weekend will be canceled or there will be the option to rebook for another date.
