Cross Country & Yoga Weekend

Sister duo on the cross-country ski trail & the mat – active, mindful, relaxed.

Immerse yourself in a weekend full of exercise, regeneration, and mindful moments. From January 23 to 25, 2026, an inspiring cross-country skiing and yoga retreat awaits you with Barbara Flury-Mettler (Flurysports.ch) and Christine Rüegg-Mettler (christineruegg.ch).

Barbara – a former professional cross-country skier and our experienced cross-country skiing instructor – and her sister Christine will show you the joy of cross-country skiing and give you valuable technical tips. Whether classic style or skating – both techniques will be taught and individually supervised.

The ideal balance to the sporting activities can be found in the soothing yoga and breathing sessions with Christine and Barbara – on Friday evening to help you settle in, in the morning before breakfast, and after each cross-country skiing session. Both bring sound training and a lot of heart to the table: Christine as a craniosacral and yoga therapist, Barbara as an IBP coach and Yin yoga instructor.

The program is deliberately open-ended – with time for yourself, for a walk, a massage, or a beauty treatment at Waldhuus Wellness.
Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience – everyone is welcome. The focus is on lightness, relaxation, and the shared joy of movement and stillness.

Can't make it on this date? Due to high demand, additional cross-country skiing & yoga days will take place from December 12-14, 2025, and December 14-16, 2025!

The offer is based on a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, the weekend will be canceled or there will be the option to rebook for another date.
