2026 edition: Vive la France

Davos Klosters Fine Dine is an exclusive food and wine event that showcases the culinary excellence of the region and international haute cuisine. The event celebrates the diversity and creativity of gastronomy and invites gourmets to discover Davos Klosters as Switzerland's leading fine dining hotspot.

The premiere will take place from March 22 to April 2, 2026, and will include six official evenings featuring renowned French top chefs at selected prestigious locations in the region.

A highlight of the program is the gourmet evening at the Hotel Waldhuus Davos on March 23, 2026.

Jan Krystufek welcomes Christophe Hay

Christophe Hay is a French chef with two Michelin stars, known for his sustainable, regionally inspired cuisine at Fleur de Loire in Blois, where he consistently uses products from local terroirs.

Good to know: There is also a vegetarian menu alternative and non-alcoholic drinks if you don't want to drink alcohol.
