Trail Running Training with Judith Wyder and Gabriel Lombriser

Judith Wyder and Gabriel Lombriser are both very experienced trail runners. They have been active in endurance sports for a long time and are very successful. This summer they are in Davos and are happy to share their knowledge and experience. During a trailrunning training you can profit a lot and also have fun. The participants of the training will be divided into two groups, beginners and advanced. Thus, the two coaches can respond to your ability. We start at the respective valley station, where the first meters of altitude are covered with the help of the mountain railroad. At the middle station you can start! You will get to know great trail routes in the Davos Klosters region!
|Time & meeting point||valley station at 15.00 hrs|
|Duration Training||You will be on the road for about 2.5 hours. Plan some additional time for the journey to the starting point or for the return journey from the end point.|
|Participants||The training is carried out from 4 persons, maximum number of participants is 8 persons.|
|Cost||CHF 80.00 per participant. Participation from 18 years.|
|Equipment||Good shoes, approx. 1 liter of water/drink, snack, light jacket, headband and gloves depending on temperature. Clothing adapted to the weather.|
|Level 1||Requirement: be able to walk flat for 2 hours at a stretch and like to hike and run 1'000 meters of altitude in about 1.20 hours.
Program: Trail tour of about 15 - 25 km and with 1000 vertical meters.
|Level 2||Requirement: be able to run flat for 1 hour at a time and like to hike or run 600 meters of elevation gain in 1 hour.
Program: Trail tour of about 10 - 15 km and with 700 vertical meters.
|Conditions (weather)||The training will take place in any weather except thunderstorms.|
|Liability||Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. Each participant must have personal health and accident insurance. Participation is entirely on the participant's own responsibility. Claims for damages by the participant against the organizer, for whatever legal reason, are excluded. The organizer declines any liability.|
